Originally semi detached at the rear, this Devonport villa was recently separated when the owners of both houses renovated.

Because when separated both sections were long and narrow in nature, it took some planning for the architects, Spooner Solutions to lay out the best solutions for this family of five.

Trueline Construction was then called in to complete this gut and remodel while the owners were still living abroad.
