Sarah undertakes to honor her obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 and all other relevant NZ law in the provision of goods and services to her clients and customers. All disputes shall be decided in and under NZ law and jurisdiction.
Sarah undertakes to honor her obligations under the Privacy Act 2021 in relation to your personal data. She will not sell, trade, use or communicate your personal information to third parties. Your personal information will only be used by her to communicate with you about her current and ongoing work and for the fulfillment or your orders.
The purchaser shall bear the cost of shipping, calculated at the time of purchase or invoice. Payment in full is required prior to pick up or delivery.
Sarah uses reputable courier services for the transport of her goods. While she takes all care, she accepts no responsibility for the carriage of goods once they have left her premises.

Do you accept commissions?Yes. Sarah accepts commissions for her paintings and photographic work. Please Contact her to discuss your requirements.
Do you ship artwork internationally?Yes - We ship anywhere in the world at the buyer's expense. Please Contact us for a quote and to arrange freight insurance (also at the buyers expense). Unless framed, artworks will be rolled and placed in a sleeve for shipping. When unpacked, they should immediately be flattened and weighted to correct their shape. Framed artwork should be couriered by companies specialising in the carriage of framed artwork in order to preserve the quality of the artwork and the frame.
