This Beautiful Bungalow, originally build in 1910 was given a lift and tuck.
The owners wanted to retain the history and aesthetic of their period home while creating more usable entertaining areas,
artist studio and garaging.
Along with this the entire rear garden was revamped, levels changed and a large pool was put in and the entire outdoor area re-landscaped and replanted.
The owners now enjoy a covered deck; an entertainers dream, a beautiful heated pool and spa area, outdoor fireplace plus an entertainment/pool room, an at-home artist's studio, workshop and garaging for two cars.
The Reno was no mean feat; to create the basement the house had to be supported on stilts while 1500mm was dug out to enable the substantial basement, complete with stunning (heated) concrete floors.
